DAN TEAK, LLC has been selected by AECOM to provide outreach consulting services that respects diversity and inclusion of targeted businesses during construction of the Wayne County Justice Center. Targeted business includes Wayne County based businesses, Disadvantaged Businesses Enterprises, Minority Business Enterprises and Women Business Enterprises. DAN TEAK, LLC is a Wayne County based company dedicated to coordinating outreach services for the inclusion of local construction companies in building Wayne County and other Southeast Michigan construction projects. DAN TEAK,LLC has entered into a strategic alliance agreement with Schooner Consulting and Management Services, Inc., who brings years of consulting and technical capability in the area of diversity and inclusion consulting to the construction industry.

We have created an online registration process for all architects, general contractors, specialty contractors and related engineering services desiring to provide constructional services for the justice facility. This will facilitate the efficient dissemination of bids and other relevelant information to prequalified architects and contractors.

Data submitted by all contractors will be validated by DAN TEAK personnel either through a site-visit or other verification technique. The application must be submitted on line.
